NBA basketballAfter the Orlando Magic gave up Grant Hill, they decided that Rashard Lewis would be the next step to bettering their franchise. Lewis is one of the best basketball players at his forward position. The Magic recognized that and offered him a staggering 110 million dollar, six-year NBA basketball contract. Lewis was quoted saying "[I'm] feeling good" and he should be with that kind of contract. NBA basketball teams in the Eastern Conference have never been at the same caliber as the West but with Lewis and Howard on one team, Orlando may have a chance for a top spot. Lewis played on the Sonics NBA basketball team for the first nine years of his career after he was drafted straight from high school. He averaged 22 points per game.
