Rumors have recently been spreading in the NBA like a rumor in high school would. Glen Davis who plays for LSU as a junior forward has speculated about entering this years NBA draft without finishing college. The 6 foot 9 inch, 295-pound giant has only thought about it.
Sportsillustrated.com started the wildfire that said he was going to drop out and join this years NBA draft, but then they came back and said Davis was only "leaning towards going pro." Davis says, "I'm collecting the facts this weekend to make sure the situation is good enough to enter the draft." Davis also said "If I like what I hear, I'm going pro, but the option of coming back to school for my senior year is still open."
John Brady the LSU coach and the potential NBA player Davis are exploring Davis's options, meeting with NBA scouts and some of the people who may or may not represent him; that is to say if he does join this years NBA draft.
